Hello everyoneeeee, I truly appreciate your support towards my business🩷 Id like to kindly ask EVERYONE to read this policy thoroughly BEFORE you book an appointment with me for both mine and your sake🩷 CANCELLATION AND NO CALL NO SHOWS OF APPOINTMENTS Canceling within 48 hours before your set appointments date and time will follow with being charged 50% of the BASE service (no art included) Canceling within 24 hours before your set appointments date and time will follow with being charged 100% of the base service(no art included) No call No showing of your appointment will follow with a 100% charge of the base price of the service (no art included) No call No showing 3 scheduled appointments will no longer allow you book my services. If there is an emergency or situation, get ahold of me ASAP, and we will discuss the next steps from there. My phone number and email are located on my website.( Texting me is the quickest way I reply) RESCHEDULING Rescheduling 48 hours or more before of your scheduled appointments date and time results in no additional charges or fees. Rescheduling 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointments date and time results in a 30% charge of the base service and will be taken off the total at the next scheduled appointment. LATE FEES AND GRACE PERIODS You will have a 10 min grace period for you to arrive after the scheduled appointment starts. If you are late but make it in before the 10 mins is over you will only be charged a $5 late fee. If you are later than 10 min from the time your appointment starts, you will have to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the base service and it will not be taken off the total of the reschedule service. GUEST/ SUITE RULES You are allowed to bring in 1 guest with you to your appointment if they are over the age of 10, and if they are well behaved. Some of these chemicals and smells can be very very harsh on a little ones lungs, so please be aware as I am looking out for everyones saftey.🩷 Drinks/ snacks will be available for everyone so please feel free to grab some if you would like some. You can bring your own drinks and snacks in if you would like to, but whatever you bring in, you will take right out with you or throw it away in the available trash cans. Please respect my space🩷 There will be a choice of watching a show/ movie or listening to music and you will be allowed to choose which one we do or what we listen too. I want to make this space safe and comfortable for you as you allow me to provide a service on you.🩷 LOYALTY PROGRAM After 6 Appointments with me, you will receive free nail art, that includes everything listed under my “extras🪩” category! There will be a loyalty punch card available for every client! If the card is lost we will get you a new card and verify how many punches we will be replacing. If the card is forgotten at the time of your appointment we will make a note in your client profile for the next appointment or create you a new one!
